Indoril district occupies the heartland of Morrowind, comprising the lands of the south of the inner Sea and eastern coast. The city of Almalexia is located in Indoril district. Is openly hostile to imperial culture and religion, preserves many traditional dunmer customs and practices in defiance with imperial law.
